A day at the Beach....

I think that conversation went something like this....

"Alright, we just dropped daddy off so we have the car today. What should we do?"

Harry:"Canny, Canny." (his way of saying candy.)

Bella: "I want my bike."

Me: "OK, we can A:Go home unpack more and clean....B:Go to Costco.....C:Go to the Beach.

Bella: "GO TO THE BEACH!!!!!!"

Harry: "Gampa, Gampa"

So we kept on driving and got to the beach an hour and a half later. It was a beautiful, perfect day. It was a 100 degrees when we left home and at the coast - a perfect, palmy 80. Oh ya, baby!

I love Harry's Feet....Love, Love, Love.
Gorgeous! A huge thanks to Hike-a-Deb and John for showing us this beach. It wasn't crowded at all.
Bella had to be pryed away from the Beach when it came time to going home.

It was a great day today. I am so grateful for my children. We are in this adventure together. And together is ....perfection.

Kristin, I feel lonely for you and the kids and Kent, but I can't imagine how that must feel for you at moments. I am so proud of you and how you adjust on a daily basis and go with the flow and go with the things that bring joy to your heart and love and joy to the kids. I recognize the beach, Seems I saw it yesterday when I went to the temple. Can't wait to see you and see where you live. Give Kent and the kids a big hug for me and Have them give you a big hug back. P. S. Read the We Moved blog. You may want to clear up that you now live in Oregon.

I can't believe you moved to Oregon!! We LOVE Oregon! Dave is from there originally and is applying to work there after he graduates from law school. So maybe we will some day live in the same place again! I am sure it is hard to be away from home, but believe me, Oregon is such a beautiful place you will grow to love it. And eat at Burgerville- the shakes are unbelieveable.

Wow! I can't believe you guys moved to Portland after all. What a fun place to be. My kids wish we lived closer to the beach after our fun trip to the Olympic Peninsula. You had better beach weather though. We miss you, but wish you luck in your new adventures!

What a beautiful and fun place to play. Our living room was our pretend beach this morning, and it just isn't the same!

How fun! Those pictures are beautiful! I wish we had a real beach nearby, Maren loved the beach at Bear Lake, but the sand was so dirty and I'd love to take her to a real beach someday. I'm sad I didn't get to see you before you moved, but I'm glad we have the blogs to keep in touch!
