Church was cancelled today for the second week in a row. We received permission from the Stake President to have the Sacrament in our homes today.
Kent blessed and passed it. Then we sang Christmas songs and all bore our testimonies. After Kent and I went, this is what was added to this unconventional Sacrament meeting.
Bella testimony: I love to bear my testimony and to talk. I love Heavenly Father because he is my daddy and loves me. I love Jesus. I love Christmas. I love Santa. I went to Whole Foods yesterday and sat on his lap and told him what I want. In the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
Did we miss the mark? Continual course corrections I guess, just as President Uchdorf suggests. Anyway, this preceeded a discussion about the real meaning of Christmas.
Harry's testimony: Jesus.
At any rate, the spirit was so strong and special and.........there is just something comforting about going to church in your jammies. Snowed in and lovin' every minute.

What a great example you are to your kids. I th ink it's awesome you had church at your house. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas! Love ya!
How great that you can be home with the kids as much of a challenge as that is. The kids will remember these times forever. I miss you all so much. Love, Mom
I haven't checked in on you for a while. Is it possible that your kids got even cuter???!! I could eat them up!
And the snow... it reminded me of packing our little girls on our backs and walking through the snow to WalMart. Good memories of livin' in the Park City ghetto! :)
Luv ya!
